Advent Begins Sunday, December 1st!

“Be patient, therefore, beloved, until the coming of the Lord.”

                                                                                      James 5:7

Sunday, December 1st is the first Sunday in Advent--Join us as we watch and wait for our Savior’s birth! Advent is our time to take moments in the hustle and bustle of our holiday planning to consider God’s love for us in the sending of Jesus. One great way to watch and wait with intention is to keep an Advent Wreath at home, and light it throughout Advent. The wreath can be used alone, or alongside a short daily Advent devotion. Don’t have a wreath? Let Lisa Wackler (lwackler@stpaulslutherandc.com) know, and she can give you all the supplies you need to put together a wreath for home use and has devotion books for those interested in them.
